Gentle Yoga
One-on-one gentle, mindful yoga practice
tailored to you each session.
Are you ready to slow down? Take time for yourself? Tune into your body more deeply?
Join me for a gentle practice to improve body and breath awareness, activate your lymphatic system, get stagnant energy moving, reduce stress and much more.
Most of what we will be doing is slow and gentle. Some sessions may be entirely laying down on our mats. Chair yoga is an option as well, if you have trouble getting on the floor.
We can mindfully practice some strengthening movements or postures, if the situation calls for it.


Meditation
There are many ways to meditate.
We can explore a wide variety and
find a technique that you enjoy.
