Ecotherapy can be integrated into your Thai massage, yoga or meditation session indoors.​​

Nature Heals

From negative ions to visual inspirations, the multi-dimensional therapeutic possibilities are plentiful with time spent outside in nature or connecting to elements of nature while indoors.

Joining an ecotherapy guide may yield increased benefits by providing a structured environment, offering personal practices or exercises, offering insight or information about elements of nature.​​​

Simple ecotherapy "assignments", or "home-play" (instead of "homework") will always be an option for supplemental practices. ​​​

The option to meet outside in a natural setting for a guided journey is something we can discuss after working with each other for at least 3 indoor sessions.
