Ecotherapy
Also known as Nature Therapy.
Are you curious about how nature can support you on your healing path?
Ecotherapy explores the relationship between humans and the natural world. Through mindful interaction with plants, fresh air, wildlife, and natural landscapes, many people experience greater calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
Ecotherapy can be integrated into your Thai massage, yoga, or meditation session indoors, or explored through guided practices that connect you more deeply with the natural world.
Nature Heals
From negative ions in natural environments to the calming visual patterns of plants and landscapes, nature offers many subtle ways to support well-being.
Simply spending time outside can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and shift mental state.
Working with an ecotherapy guide can deepen this experience through gentle practices such as mindful observation, sensory awareness, breathing exercises, and simple nature-based rituals.
These practices help people slow down, reconnect with their surroundings, and rediscover a sense of belonging within the living world.

Our experience may include:
-guided visualization
-journaling
-simple nature-based art project
-communication, reflection
Simple ecotherapy "assignments", or "home-play" (instead of "homework") will always be an option for supplemental practices.
The option to meet outside in a natural setting for a guided journey is something we can discuss after working with each other for at least 3 indoor sessions.
