From negative ions to visual inspirations, the multi-dimensional therapeutic possibilities are plentiful with time spent outside in nature or connecting to elements of nature while indoors.
Joining an ecotherapy guide may yield increased benefits by providing a structured environment, offering personal practices or exercises, offering insight or information about elements of nature.
